This summer, we joined Black Girls Skate in Chicago on their pop up tour! Held at Wilson Skate Park, we were surrounded by young skaters, instructors, merch, giveaways, music, and good vibes! Founder DJ Gooden, BGS Volunteers, supporters, and participants reflect on the legacy of Black Girls Skate and what the space means to them.
